My name is Rakesh Ramola and I am the Chef/Owner of IndeBlue Indian Cuisine.
I was born and raised in Mumbai, India and come from a family of chefs. I received my culinary degree from Mumbai, India and graduated in the top three of my class. After graduation, I worked for several distinguished hotels in India.
Several years later, I was given the opportunity to go abroad. I had the pleasure of working as a chef at a number of fine dining restaurants in Kuwait, Cyprus, London, and the United States.
In February 2009, my wife Heather and I opened IndeBlue Indian Cuisine in Collingswood, NJ.
